Reliance Communications — Deactivation of my postpaid connection
I bought a post paid connection in Coimbatore, where my company was reimbursing the bill. Now I have shifted to Delhi and my present company has already given me a new number and a phone. I want to deactivate my number. I am not using it for last 4 months, but I am getting the bills every month. The customer care person in Delhi says that this can be done only in Coimbatore, since it's a different circle. The Coimbatore executive says this can not be done on phone. What do I do ? Was this information helpful?
