[Resolved] Reliance Communications — deactivation of reliance broadband | |||
I would like to deactivate. I paid my last bill and asked for the same but this has not been done. I would not be liable to pay my next bill, and hence would like to clear my existing dues before deactivating. The reason for deactivation is temporary as i am going out of station for some time. I had already told the customer executive last time when he asked for payment, that deactivate the account after payment but that has not been done Was this information helpful? | |||
