[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deducted rs.90/-without my consent on20/04/16 | |||
On 20/04/16, I made a recharge of rs.150/- in my account.Just after few minutes my account got deducted of rs.90/- for something rubbish service called ADPAY...without my consent. After calling customer care (NILANJAY). he told me that my account will got credited of rs.90/- within 24 hrs but still it not credited.he advise me to deactivate that service and send me message like this below:- Dear Customer Your SR No.[protected] has been processed. Thank you for being with Reliance. I hope u will do the needful and if I am not satisfied I will make sure my 90 rupees will cost u the loss of more than urs future 90 customers. by just sending message on whatsaap and Facebook . and I will make sure to stop reliance service in my mobile too.
