[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Deducting my Balance day by day with naming VAS services @ 5.00 RS

Dear Sir, Earlier I complaint for deducting my balance with naming different VAS Charges, and customer services wrote one of the executive spoke to me and resolved the problem, There is no conversation done with your associate but some deducted balance credited by number ( [protected]). And the same problems occurs " deducted 5.00 VAS IndiatimesVPak on dated 08/12/14 - 6.06 Am and deducted 5.00 VAS Shtfmts STalk Pack on 05.12.14 - 03.41 PM. This is ridicules to deduct my balance without activation of any type VAS services on my number, so please reimburse my deducted balance.So I once again requested to please stop VAS Services for deduct my balance. Once again the same will happen, there is only one option to PORT my number to other NETWORK. Thanks & Regards JAN REDDY V
