[Resolved] Reliance Communications — deduction of amount due to unwanted vas services which i had not activated | |||
I am using Reliance GSM sim ([protected]). It is being deducted some time Rs, 5/-, and RS 3 from my balance at alternate days as several VAS packs (as VAS USSD S Talk Pack, VAS TechZone VP Su, VAS One97, VAS USSD etc) services. Till today Rs.48/- has been deducted from my balance and I have tired of trying to talk to Reliance Customer Care but not succeeded. To deactivate any VAS packs I messaged STOP at 155223 but got reply of not subscribed any VAS Packs. I have conformed not activated any VAS on my number by checking “MYVAS” to 55333 even-though It is being deducted the money periodically, several times from my balance …so my question is For what purpose you are deducting the money? It is requested to stop deducting balance. Please return my deducted balance. Not only give option to talk to customer care executive but also make talk to them.
