[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deduction of Amount for VAS Services | |
My Cell No. is [protected] .Previous month u have deducted Rs. 30 for Vas Services but when I complained about this U refunded the Amount and assure me that no further deduction will be made and all the services have been deactivated but now again Rs 30 have been deducted for renewal of VAS Services and when I complain about this they told me that this is not their fault and they cannot refund the amount. Now What should I do . I am using this reliance number since last 12 years. should I approach for Portability to other network. please advice. Was this information helpful? | |
