Reliance Communications — Deduction of balance | |||||
I have recharged my reliance number with internet pack but even then reliance has deducted approx rs 250/- from my mobile phone number. Complaint no. Is[protected]. They assured me to refund the money. But now they are not picking up call. So i am feeling that they have done a fraud with me. This is not the first tym they have deducted my balance. I have recharge my Cell no [protected] (Reliance GSM) online on dtd. 01.09.2015 sum of rs.177. Unfortunately it failed but amount has been deducted from my account. after ten days amount not reverse in my account.
