many times an amount of 5 or 10 or 15 rupees is deducted from my phone.
this time an amount of rupees 49 is deducted from my phone.

Every time i have complained but i did not get back my amount back. either you do not pick up the phone or you dont give the money back. this time i will not tolerate it. I hope you look into this issue and pay back the amount and see that this mistake does not happen again.
