Few days earlier In my prepaid mobile no [protected] I had a balance of Rs 96+ but yesterday I found my balance being reduced to Rs.7, though I have not made so much calls that Rs. 90 will be deducted from my account, neither I have subscribed to any such services for which charges are to be deducted. Nov 19, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Within 24 hours the complaint has been resolved, the company credited to my mobile number Rs.89.44, which has been wrongly charged and gave me an additional talk time of Rs. 10/-.
