My name is shubham Goyal and my mobile number is [protected].I am totally fed up with your costumer care. Whenever I call then never attend the call., say to contact self help services. my balance get deducted by rs 60 while even I have not requested for services. When I receive the message for activation of service that is video546456sub60 I was not even using my cell phone. I want my balance get refunded immediately and call back me. How many times I have to complain and why my balance get reduce after 15 days

I have not requested for any services and subscription inspite of that you subscribed it that is video546456sub60. Even I don't know about the service. I have many times call the customer service center but they do not pick up the call and not call back such a rubbish customer service. Why always after 15 days I have to call and all the scene has to be created. Last time I have unsubscribed the service. I want my balance back immediately and otherwise I will complain against it. And I want my complain number also
