your customer care team contacted with me but they were unable to resolve my problem.i am not satisfy with your services. i feel cheated and harassed.please resolve my problem and come back in my trust.
Recently i received the call (no[protected] customer care's name-hardip) of reliance communication.She said " i am unable to deduct your bill because you had taken incoming calls in barring period."This statement is not good for customer satisfaction because subscriber had not taken any services (outgoing & internet browsing etc)except incoming.Please deduct my bill asap

As per your telephonic conversation with our customer service associate, we wish to affirm that the amount cannot be reversed as the monthly rental charge are applicable in call barring stage also. Hence, waiver for the same is not possible. Thank you!
