Reliance Communications — Deduction of vas which was not subscribed by me

Dear mr nitesh kadam

Very good morning!!

I thank u for ur prompt response regarding waiver of rs 10 and crediting it back to my account.

Also as suggested by ur and written below i had immediately sent sms stop to 121 and when i received the message “ dear customer, you are not subscribed to any vas packs. To know about top vas packs sms start to 121 “

This happened with me many times so i want to know:

1) how this vas has been activated automatically when i have not subscribed it at all.
2) how to block this site permanently and can u do it for me.

Please respond so that i save time and botheration each time writing it back to customer care for waiver of the same.

Kindly respond immediately and refer to all the mails exchanged with us this time and last time when the same deduction had taken palce automatically without my consent.

Very good morning!!

We tahnk you for ur mail as below and acknowledge 41 rs in total has been received by and added to my talk time. Still rs 40 are balance (As total rs 80 were deducted from my talk time) to be addressed for which u have told further 2 days’ time for addressing. We shall wait for this duration as desired by you.

Further we would like to inform the following:
A. There is no cas activated on my prepaid and i have tried smsing on 121 number and also on tol free number 155223 but as per both no cas is activated.
B. Kindly note that this service shmaro had earlier alos deducted 80 rs on 4 occcassions some time back when i complained and got them waived off last time.
C. Looking to above kindly fix this problem permanenetly as even the reliance outlet at dewas ie shri sai service (Mr saurabh verma) has not been able to resolve this issue for me.
