Reliance Communications — Deposit Issue | |||
I'm having reliance broadband connection from date 16/3/2014. For connection I paid 1685 deposit. On march 2 i registered request for termination of broadband because i'm shifting to another place. I got call from them on that day i was busy and couldn't pick it but after that i called them on 14 march, 17 march, 20 march, 23 march, 27march, 30 march and two calls on 31st march for termination request but the customer service always told me that I will get a call from their operator and I'm still waiting for my call.
