[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Did not get 10gb after upgrade to 4g | |
My 4g sim got activated 4 days ago, getting 10 gb 4g data after upgrade was the main attraction for me to opt for the upgrade. So, after consumption of 1gb, the speed downgraded to 144kbps, instead of providing 10 gb data they provided me 1gb, this is totally misuse of people's trust. i called customer care and emailed them but they keep saying it will be resolve within 3-4 hours and did not respond to any mails. 4 days have been passed still i am not getting 10 gb.
