Disconnect reliance data card no : [protected].

Reason : earlier i bought 3g reliance dongle after that couple of months they asked to change 3g to 4g dongle. so i asked to customer care any plan change will happen because currently i'm using unlimited plan and they replied there is no plan change, only the speed increased from 3g to 4g. so i bought new 4g dongle. but after that the bill and plan also changed so again i called customer care, they telling unlimited plans were closed. i asked only one question without prior intimation how to change my plan. no answer from customer care. really worst service. so i have surrendered my 4g data card to velacherry reliance store and asked them to disconnect my data card no. reliance communication is one the worst company. but still my number is active and close my connection
