[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Discontinuation of Data Card

Dear Sir. Myself Malay Kumar Sahu form haridwar. I used the reliance data card (data card no. [protected]) till 30'th June 2015 which was lost on 30'th June for which i had contacted to customer care on same day and block the data card. For above data card, I was submitted the discontinuation form at Reliance communication Haridwar office on 08/07/2015 (Siddhi Vinayak telecom) along with police complaint form. At the time of discontinuation i was paid Rs. 1000/- for billed and un-billed amount (receipt no. 6184) which was told by above service center personnel. Discontinuation process of data card was completed on same day. Since 25'th Sept. i was received frequent call form reliance customer care that the bill of approx to 1500/- is pending and the same data card is not discontinued. Pl noted that from 08/07/2015 to 25'th sept. neither i was received the bill / call / mail for any pending. Pl look into the matter and do the needful. Regards, Malay Kumar Sahu.
