I had purchased reliance dongle. Dongle no [protected] i has subscribed to 1 GB per month for life offer by paying rs.3000 in December 2014. Since two months I am not able to Connect to internet through your Beautiful Dongle. . I am getting message that not able to connect to computer. Can you please Send a Replacement Dongle.
