I hv recharged my reliance netconnect3 dongle with rs.255 yesterday. but when I tried to use it the network was unavailable. then I called customer care, they says that your dongle is needed to update which will be replaced by new 4g dongle. it will charge me atleast rs.899 . but I don't want to update it. I was not informed by company representative with this updation earlier. so this is such a exploitation with customer. I want my money back as soon as possible. my rs 255 are wasted.
