[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Donot get full benifit even after recharge | |||
I recharged my reliance prepaid no [protected] by rs198 on 16 may 2015 according to company's 3G data plan and offer. I got 1 Gb 3G data but didn't got the offer data. I was told that the offer will be credited into your account within 3 days. After 3 days there was nothing like this. So I reported a complaint on 20 may 2015 at customer care and the executive said that the problem will be resolved in next one day. I waited for the next day but the result was same. So I tried to call again but I was blocked. So I tried call on 21 may 2015 by another number and the executive told again that the complaint is in queue and also said that it will be resolved within 2 hours. But the problem was same. Next I called customer care on 23 may 2015. But the executives said that it is still in queue. I asked the reason but didn't get the exact reply. My problem still remains same. No solution given to me.
Can anybody tell me that what should I do next? Because there is no solution of my problem even after 12 days.

Ever wrost and fraud service as well as offers by reliance. I am not going with reliance anymore and will suggest everybody not to go with reliance. Still I didn't get the solution of my problem after 24 days and my data balance's validity is ending after 4 days.
Such a nice joke by reliance.
