[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Don't provide the service even after deducting amount from the main balay | |||
I recharged my no. with Rs.42 to lower the call rates from *129# in which they assured to provide 6000 local seconds free to any number for which the amount was also deducted from my main balance but they didn't provide any free local seconds, when I called on customer care's no. of reliance comm.which is *333 they didn't gave any satisfactory response and disconnected my call.yesterday also when I recharged my no. with Rs. 5 to lower the call rates for one day from *777*105# then I received message saying that now local calls will be charged as 1.5paise/sec. again the amount was deducted from my main balance but they didn't provide any such service to my no.and the call rate was still Rs1/min.and customer care service representatives diconnects the call without giving any proper reasons for all these problems.Please take some action against them.
