[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Due to worst service, want to terminate my dongle no.[protected]

With reference to my earlier communication on 17th September 2016 and 22nd September 2016, due to very worst service of reliance, I want to terminate my dongle number [protected]. As informed by reliance customer service team information details, I have paid Rs.3164/- on 22.09.2016 through reliance portal. Today called your customer service team and asked to terminate my dongle number and they have provided request ID as[protected]. Please terminate this dongle immediately and confirm.

I had got reliance Jio sim card 20 days back. still now there is no activation or Im unable to activate the SIM. Tried to contact the customer care but there is no response.
They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
