I m Ankit Thakor...on Tuesday 5-4-2016 ko muje Reliance Store Add, Devnandan Mall, Elies Bredge, Ahmedabad se call aaya thaa new conection k plan k liye... i like Plan and maine conection k liye store k T.L Dipak bhai se baat karke final kiya... Mahesh bhai karke ek Banda hai jo store ke Feeld Work main hai wo 8-4-2016 ko mere Ghar pe aa k document le gaye...
9-4-2016 in Evening mera conection activate ho chuka thaa... ek week tak card chala lekin[protected] ko sudenlly mera conection close kar diya gaya... i was contect to reliance customer care service then he and she told me k maine jahan se conection liya hai vaha se mere document or form abhitak submit nahi hua so apko apne Document Firse submit Karvane Padenge...
or ab mera card close hai...store ki taraf se bhi muje koi help nahi mill rahi hai... or iska jimmedar kon hai plz find out and tell me... than i take Action...aap k customer care main baat kar kar k to mera 200 RS ka Recharge bhi use ho gaya... fir bhi koi Response nahi mill raha hai...
