This is with reference to your e-mail dated November 05, 2016, for your Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID[protected] and Fixed Line Phone number [protected], regarding service cancellation and billing issue.

We regret the inconvenience and delay in response.

We request you to reconsider your decision for service cancellation and provide us an opportunity to resolve the issue.

The request for service cancellation is registered vide Service Request ID[protected] and one of our executives will contact you within 48 hours.


Your services will be active till the date of cancellation and monthly rental will be applicable.

Hi Reliance Authorities,

In reference to my email dated 5th November 2016 and all other previous trailing emails, I would like to tell you that you can send your executive or the Lineman guy to pick up the instrument, But I won't be paying you for any pending bills whatsoever.

I will be moving to Consumer Court regarding this issue if Reliance will keep harassing me. My previous emails are my proof for your pathetic service and dis-concern towards my problem.

Because even after many complains over email the Reliance people did't even bother to contact me or reply me with the proper solution of the problem. I have already paid the bill till August and I won't be paying any monthly bill anymore, since the connection is dead at my end. Only after my surrender request you people are taking action and claiming to get the issue resolved, But I don't want your Broadband connection now.

Please come and collect your device and return my deposit instead.
