I had a reliance data card no. [protected] but due to non availability of proper service i raised a complaint to customer care, but i didn't get any help from their side.
After that their was a pending bill of 1594 rs. Of 2 months, in july month i got a call from reliance employee rashi gupta and she told me that i had to pay 695 rs as a settlement of bill and after that they will terminate the no.. She provided the same on mail and i paid the bill on 26 july. Receipt is attached.
Issue is reliance team didn't terminate the no and after 2 months i got a call from your recovery agents and they forcing me for paying the bill of 980 rs.
I raised a complaint to your appellate authority but after lot of mail chains didn't get any proper solution.
My query is, when i had already paid the settlement bill, why your team is forcing me to pay the remaining bill.
