Hello,
I have purchased a jiofi device which comes with a welcome offer along with jio sim. But i was not given sim for this and was asked to collect it as per the availability. How many days should i wait. It has already been a week since i purchased the device. Are u bluffing the customers giving false commitments?
My jio order number is: 0000067bxz.
