[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Fake channel partners
Reliance mobile fake channel partners. They collect money on behalf of reliance for porting mobile numbers in to reliance postpaid but after that never answer the calls. One such case is calling time (Address given on their reciept is o[censored]ttam nagar delhi) and the mobile number mentioned on it is not working. Donot entertain calls from [protected]. [protected]. When told that we will put up a complaint, they said you can do whatever you want and stopped picking the calls. They send pictures of reliance plans on whatsapp and tell customers that there are new plans available. I had even sent emails to reliance customer care email ([protected]@relianceada.com) about the same but have received no reply by email or by phone... Please spread the message. Reliance must be collecting 100 rupees each from thousands and lakhs of customers each day all over india if they are doing all this on purpose. Please spread the message and stop reliance from fooling the people.. Was this information helpful?
