I got the notice for a second time regarding pre-litigation case related to my data card connection and I contacted Ms.Renuka @ [protected]. She was lying that hard copy was sent and repeatedly called my mobile but was not reachable .
Some how I agreed for an amount and decided to settle down the matter. She made me pay the amount confirming that an official communication with an NOC will be sent to my email. However I am not in receipt of the same mail since One week. And Ms. Renuka doest attend to my repeated calls.
I am thinking that Reliance will again send me bills for this account as long as they dont provide me a confirmation on the closure of the account.
