Updated by atulrai This complaint is regarding my postpaid number [protected], [protected] which I unfortunately brought from reliance.
They activated the freedom 350 plan and said 2Gb data would be free per month - now they started charging for internet usage saying no plan was activated on your number.
*222 executive said in anger you are using no plan so please don't trouble us.
198 was not available.
Reliance Appellate is not responding or non functional.
Now they have generated a unbilled amount of thousands which is wrong as per my plan, and blocked my services and closed my other number.
Leaving me in state of mental agony and burden.
I would suggest people to take clue from this state of affairs by a telecom operator who claims to server crores of people... by the way I have some request ID[protected], which I got for resolution in 24 hours which I doubt considering my experience.
Please be informed and careful against this operator with poor network, faulty charging systems, unprofessional and untrained customer care which threatens the customer .
I have attached the snap of my data usage using reliance web site - 1.4Gb usage- My Plan gives me 2Gb and they produce some unbilled amount extract money wrongly from customer.
I have learnt my lesson hard way, please beware of them.

Updated by atulrai complaint number[protected] generated by[protected] at 04:35 pm on 23rd Jan, 2016 with resolution time of 24 hours by one Pushpa from reliance .
Now, some other guy calls from[protected] at 05:27 pm completely unaware about the customer problem and starts screaming, why haven't you entered the correct information (amusing) .
It's fun how customer care supports the poor network, faulty charging system.
So, I just hope against all odd's that I get rid o[censored]nbilled amount of INR 2691.2 for my number [protected] generated as promised by customer care in 24 hours.
