Reliance Communications — For bad service & deduction amount by reliance communication

Dear Concern, I am already send tow time complaint but not any solution of my complaint. Pls look at this whats this service no any curie & not any call regarding for my complaint. my mobile no is [protected] is on date 12/04/2015 deduct 77rupee in my talk time balienc. And i am many time call to 198 & *333 but my call not connect reliance customer care. I am facing this problem last 2 years Pls look this another i am stop this service. because i am very upset by reliance its customer care service very bad & lousy.
