Reliance Communications — Forceful conversion from cdma to 4g | |||
Hi, We have been using reliance CDMA service from almost more than 8years. Now they are forcefully asking us to upgrade to 4G even though we don't want to. The problem is the old CDMA phone which we bought from reliance doesn't work with the new 4G sim hence we need to buy a new handset as well. Why should we pay for the new phone..?? The old phone is pretty useless now as it's a CDMA phone. What are we supposed to do with the old phone..?? Problems when we converted from CDMA to 4G sim. The sim wasn't active for 2 to 3days. The network is very bad and unreliable. Reply soon with the actions we don't need your condolences. Or else will report to TRAI about this and will file a complaint in consumer court. I am agree with you, I am also facing similar problem but now they have shut down cdma network...
I am also old customer since 8 yrs, , , i got the 3 dongle with me ..they very cleverly never change the plan .without buying new, set Now they came out with new 4 G..and reducing the speed of 3 G ..this is biggest fraud reliance try to fool they public ...
