The above letter written so much correct. Company wants its customers to forcefully migrate to 4G service without caring consumer needs. If all they want for their business is only profit then why they talk about consumer satisfaction. Its true that they want to develop their network but they should also consider the customer needs.The policy should be optional. whosoever wants to migrate then they may apply.This might be the only company who wants to develop their business at customer's cost. It's humble request to everybody to make an appeal towards this for betterment of consumer in near future.
