[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Fraud 4g & pathetic customer care

My data card number is [protected]. I recently upgraded from reliance cdma to 4g. The previous complaint which i raised on aug 2nd got resolved in a week that they activated 4g finally.
While using cdma services i was in monthly postpaid plan of 40 gb which costs around 1200 including taxes. While upgrading they promised that i will get the existing plan when i move to 4g. But after migration to 4g they have changed the plan without notifying the customer. Now my plan shows as 3gb in the reliance site. If i call customer care. Every time they say that their portals and system is not working and to callback after 2 hrs. They also have no idea about new 4g services. This happens everytime. If i keep calling them they block my number. It will say thank you for calling reliance and will disconnect the call. They wont pick the calls and we will wait for 30 mins in the call and wait for them to attend. If they are not clear and not preplanned anything why should they have a network. Who will ask them questions.? They are promoting jio like anything. I dont know why should i still lie with this company. Getting rs. 1200 and giving 3gb 4g data is like cheating and last month i paid a bill of 1100 for not using the reliance dongle.
