Respectfully submitted that i jaspal singh kohli r/o 306-a, street no.2, sri guru teg bahadur nagar, ludhiana is the customer in your company with mobile no.[protected] which is recently ported in your company from idea company, the number was running successfully in idea company but one agent from company dealing in arora palace, dana mandi, ludhiana with mobile number [protected] has called me many times to convert the number from idea to relainace in ‘jalsa’ plan “rs599”in which you will get the unlimited local, std, roaming and 2g data in just“rs599”.
That i have paid two bills i. E half month feburary and one full month march in which i have received the full stated benefits.
That from the very next billing cycle in the month of april, the company has decreased the benefits without the prior notice to me or any member of my family so i was unaware about the fact that now i am receiving less amount of calls then before. Due to which your company has send me the bill which amounts to rs 1217 which is totally a fraud played by you with the innocent and unaware customer as according to your plan of “rs599” the bill should not exceed rs 800 even after the taxes and all duties.
Now i am writing to you to just request you in the very first stage of my complaint to kindly waive off the extra money which you have entered into my bill due to no reason as its not my fault, it’s the fault of your company and employees who even not informed me before changing the plan.
Its just to inform you that my next step will be knocking the doors of consumer court if no reply has been received from your end and even may take the police action against the agent and your company.
