Dear Rcom,
My Reliance mobile no- [protected]. My data free usage limit has been revised from 4GB to 2GB without intimation. My last month bill is attached with this for reference where you can clearly see about 4GB free!
Resulting high unbilled amount. Even no notification at the time o[censored]sage! Direct high bill amount at the time of bill generated!
My question are as below:
1. Where I will get such amount for payment?
2. Who will pay this?
3. Why such changes in account without any intimations? Even not a single SMS notification?!?
4. Will any subscriber will stay with us/Rcom with such types of behaviors??
5. Customer care even not taking complain for the same! Really Strange?!?
