Now-a-days, they are playing good tricks. Previously, they would cut your amount, u tak d pain f calling cust care, ur amount wud be refunded with an apology. But now d scenario has comlpetely changed. They cut d amount(u ll gt a msg regarding d same i[censored] r lucky or u man't evn receive a msg) at their wish. then suddnly u find urself groping around for balance as d phone abruptly gets disconnected due no balance. Then u call d cust care...See what tricks (i better say nonsese tricks) they adopt...Toiling hard when u r directed to press sm numerical key(say...9) to talk to customer care secretary...and u press(hoping atleast to lodge a complaint to d effect) ur call abruptly(better i say deliberately) gets disconnectey merele informing u ur balance and Thanking u for calling them OR ur call ll b promptly put into d waiting mode indefinitely informing u continuously that ALL D CUST CARE SECRETARIES R BUSY, 1F THEM LL ATTEND TO U SHORTLY AND UR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO THEM...This is the trend and practice adopted especially by Reliance communications.
