[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Frequent Service Disruption | |||
I am a customer with User ID[protected]. We have been facing issue with Reliance Internet service since the time we have opted for this vendor. There are no internet services received almost every month for minimum 5-7 days. On logging a complaint, there is always some or the other excuse ready. If you can deliver what you promised, please refund our money back for the time we have been devoid of your services. And in case you cannot satisfy 1 customer, we would be forced to change our vendor as we are definitely not happy with the service. Was this information helpful? | |||

The contact number should already be there in your records. Our internet is still not working and has been 15 days since we have been able to access your services. Customer care is not supportive and clear in their answers. We don't want to pay for something you are not providing us. Please give us a proper solution to the problems we are facing with you guys.
