[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Getting charged by reliance even after closing the connection | |||||
My dongle no. [protected] I had postpaid connection of reliance data card and got below sms even after closing the connection. "After repeated follow up you failed to pay Rs. 2936.3 videCaf[protected] Legal Notice Issued.Contact Reliance on [protected] foranyqueries" They deactivated my data card by saying that your service has been migrated to reliance 4G (i never asked to switch over to 4G). And I called them to close my services, still they are generating bills every month and forcing me to pay. This is illegal thing they are doing with me... I want to raise my concern over them. Respected sir I bought jio sim card. I was just allowed to use only 2gb internet.they are advertising as unlimited internet and calls.but iam not getting internet.i tried so many times customer care jiobut no one is responding and not connecting to care executive.
Submitted a cancellation, but no updates on that. But still sending to pay the amount
