[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Giving wrong information | |||
My name is satya i recharged my reliance gsm mobile with internet plan 198 rs. Costumercare member gave me wrong information that after my present data finish only present recharged data will be detucted but now i am loosing data from present data which recharged present. My previous data will be lapsed on 29/04/2016 ie today. Now i want my data.my mobile no is [protected].Rectify my problem. Even coustmer care member also not responding properly.
