[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Hand set amount also added in monthly billing plan and pressuring to pay the bill | |||
This month bill also raised for rs. 2600/- and i request to see the clear cheating (See the attachments) and preassuring to pay the bill or disconnect the line. Handset amount 37, 100/- htc one ds+24 months advance payment for truly unlimited plan rs.13500/- collected rs. 53600/- 24 months over and now sending the monthly bill 2233+ taxes coming up to 2600/- monthly minimum bill amount. Actual bill per month is 562.5 /- but sending 2233 + taxes to 2600/- Imple calculation 53600/24=2233 per month and collecting taxes comes to 2600/- permonth I request u refund the excess amount collected by torturing and pressuring since 3 months. I have send alll the proofs from reliance at the time of taking the zero rental plan. Due to this mental tension i am suffering with health problems that also i mentioned in the earlier mails so i request the reliance communication to take care of my health in firture because of the there mental torture because of there fault. Already i had paid more than 5500/- for two months bill how ur going to adjust the amount what reliance collected from me when the zero rental scheme over in the month of april and the correct bill generated in the month of april for which i paid 475/- afterr how the bill raised 2500+ so i request u to give the clarification who had decided my monthly plan of 2233 per month? 2. I called reliance customer care and visited reliance outlet to my surprise there r no plans avble for cdma customers who migrated to gsm and they told very clearly that no plans for cdma and we r waiting for the plans and we r sorry we cant help u and for ur plan 2233 /- the amount is included ur hand set and the 24months schem over and due to system error it is generating the same and secondly the bill generated 475 /- in the month of april is the one when u have not migrated to gsm and the discount of 1875 given is that the handset amount what we generated that was deducted because 24 months scheme is over. 3. Pl. Let me knwo u have any plan like zero rental in gsm so that i dont want any further tension so that i can make one time payment because my mobile should not get deactivate at any time because of my reason mentioned in the earlier mails. More over lot of pb due to signals and i cant able to use my mobile due to bad signals and net service. Waiting for ur early responce and request u to solve the pb before the bill generates and dont give me tension again to pay the bill which generated by ur system fault and make sure to adjust the amount wht relaince collected from me due to there mistake, and again i request u to send the details how 2233 per month plan allottted to me?
