Reliance Communications — harassment by legal notice | |
Hello Sir/Mam, Today i got an email with subject Legal Notice for Recovery for internet service used.Which is sent by Lawyer Named Manoj som. They saying that I did not pay the bill.I used their last service in April 2014 and sent email to customer care for disconnection after pay my latest bill for as providing worst speed. Here on legal notice recovery email the relationship no. and Reliance no. both are not one which i was using(Billing Account Number:[protected]MDN – [protected]).Please see attached payment receipt to get correct relationship no. and Reliance no., which i had use. Could you please look in to this why they are harassing me by sending such kind of email. Was this information helpful? | |
