[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Harassment by sending bills and a legal notice even after termination of services of reliance | |||||
After the termination of reliance service, am getting mails regarding payment of amount. I am getting calls from reliance and a lady on the other side call is saying after paying a amount of 1000/- my dues will be clear. Even after i made the payment of 1000/- On 14th novenber, 2016 i received a notice from an advocate, mr. Shadab peerzade, stating: I hereby call upon you to pay to my clients, a sum of rs.2617 /-being the outstanding amount, within 4 days on receipt of this notice. You can make this payment at any of our reliance web world/mobile store, failing which my client will be constrained to initiate legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil, against you, before the appropriate court of law. Needless to add that entire proceedings will be at your risk, cost and consequences, which please note. Was this information helpful? | |||||
