[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Has billed me even after the disconnection of service | |||||
Dear Team, I would like to bring into your notice that the above attached bill generated under my number [protected] for the month of August 2016 amounting to 644.41 Rs is not correct. The billing period shown in the bill is from 22 July 2016 - 21 August 2016 but my connection got disconnected on 1 week of August 2016. I was using an unlimited plan “Pro3_599_5GBDY5GBNGT” which will cost me around 680 Rs Including tax. In that case how you can generate a bill for one whole month. I have used the above service only for half a month the billing period is showing as 22 July 2016 - 21 August 2016. I request you to kindly revise the bill and sent me a new bill with the correct billing period and with the adjusted amount. Request you to kindly look into the matter and take a remedial action.
