Today i m writing all this to inform you about your management and the kind of customer care you guys have, but first a big congratulations to you that atleast your customer-care department started picking up the call again because prior to this i was not even able to connect to them. but this is so shameful that they don't know how to behave with the customer. I called today in the morning at 6:47am with my number [protected] and spoke with the guy name ANUBHAV and asked him about my problem i facing with my internet data but he spoke with me in very disrespectful way.
