Reliance Communications — Hike in plan amount | |||
This is to inform you that from last nov onwards i port my personal number to reliance cdma 500 plan([protected]) 2 months before a hike in bill.So i contact customer outlet at calicut.They told me, they waver of the amount..Bt no anyother communication from they.Last month bill came they told me to pay 125 deduction from 2 months bill. I pay the balance amount .Before paying that bill they terminated my connection.After paying i gave it for port...Bt then they call me and told me to pay 125 balance amount...From customer care the call me several times and told me to clear that problem very soon...Termination of my connection make me a lots of problems due to non attending the calls...Please do prompt and speedy action soon as possible.
