[Resolved] Reliance Communications — HSD Netconnect+ [protected] has stopped working since one month | |||||
Netconnect+ Datacard stopped working since one month and 4G sim which I took from Reliance store on 28/05/2016 has been not activated till now Data Card Netconnect+ No [protected] has stopped working not showing the signal. Few days before new 4G sim was issued for same data card but it has also not started Problem is that now both the things are not working and bill is generated so wave off the bill and start the sim so as in can use internet Current Dongle MDN [protected] New 4G SIM Number[protected] I have done complaint so many time but problem was not solved for prove i am attaching the email copy in the complaint Solve the problem urgently My mobile no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

your customer service associate has told me to visit the Reliance Mobile Store nor any solution was provided and for what reason my connection was terminate, giving the silly reasons that your will was not paid where as i have always paid bill on time I am having the prove of payment I always pay bill on time having the payment receipt.
Due to company fault i am not able to use internet,
So please wave off my bill
As is have provide all the valid proves that it was company's fault
1) Done email on from 4th, 12th may 2016, 7th June and 13th June 2016 to APPELLATE AUTHORITY and customer care
2) Provided the screenshot of data-card not working
3) Many times Complaint done at social media having the prove of that also
4) Visited at reliance mobile store (Two times email done by Ashish Patel form QADRI COMMUNICATION SERVICES )
I Having all the poof that shows it was company's fault,
So please wave off the full amount of the bill for one and a half month.
Else now I will have to move to TRAI for the complaint of Reliance.
Due to company fault i am not able to use internet,
So please wave off my bill
