Reliance Communications — I am complaining about by reliance postpaid mobile bill | |||
I am using Reliance post mobile with no [protected]. My activated plan was Rs. 499 (R to R unlimited + R to O 750 min / month). Last month I had requested to deactivate the connection. Thereafter I got several call from RCOM & all were trying to convince me to stay with Rcom. Lastly it was told to me that, they will give 50% discount on my bill amount. So I agreed on that offer.But when I receive my this month bill, it surprised me a lot. My earlier plan is not there, on the other hand they have charged Rs. 499 + all applicable charges for a new plan & other charges which makes Rs. 1238.47 as this month bill. I had talked with their customer care executives on several time (today) to short out the issue but the plan was not executed. I want a fare deal... I got a call from your team on 15.01.2016 at 13.51 pm & the call has came from[protected] no. It was informed to me that, my complaint got closed as it was resolved. Also it was informed that, the necessary adjustment has been made. When I asked where is the adjustment, then the reply was "you make another complain for this".
Where is the solution???
