Reliance Communications — I am complaining about not getting information on blackout day 31st dec.

Dear sir/ma'm It is a request to you that I namely Adil Hussain connected to Reliance for years.I have post paid plan of 299 on my number i.e;[protected] even I am from j&k state enjoying R2R local free, But receiving a message on on 29Dec.that all your Plan/packs benefits will not be applied on 1st of january 2016, But Reliance has deceived me while calling on 31st Dec.they charged my number even for calling. Please Sir/Ma'm look into the matter as soon as possible. So that i can continue my number services in future. Regards and Thanks Adil Hussain
