[Resolved] Reliance Communications — I have pay bill for 3 month advance rental plan for data card but they told me pay bill | |||
My plan is "advance rental plan" And i have all ready pay rs 1400 20.05.2015 i have receipt on email pay bill of[protected] against my advance rental plan. My plan last date is 21.05.2015 and your customer outlet baroda location request drawn in 22.05.2015 told your customer care department and told me today my plan activated 02.06.2015 how is this possible. I have all ready pay bill on time to time and this bill today sent after i have talk to customer care i have no bill for may month after they send bill and say duplicate bill.
