[Resolved] Reliance Communications — I have pay bill for 3 month advance rental plan for data card but they told me pay bill now i have already close my data card | |||
I have pay 1350 rs on 20.08.2015 three months advance rental plan but their system mistake not generated my plan and 31.10.2015 they are suspend my data card and i have gone their reliance store after 15 days close my data card no they are told me your data card already suspend due to bill not payment but i have already pay three months advance rental unlimited plan since before 1.5 year now they have notice to me for pay the due bill 750 rs but i have already pay why i have again pay this amount . i have talk with their customer care people they are told me this is our mistake now we have change your plan so bill not pay and now they have notice.. i have send notice copy and my bill payment receipt please solve my complaint as early as possible.
