[Resolved] Reliance Communications — I recharged but no balance came | |||
Sir, i am regular user of reliance communication services. This time i recharged my reliance no. [protected] with recharge amount Rs 50 but i not received or or get any balance.. and instead of it i got message that your no. Is activated for some service with your Rs55 . Sir how its possible that i am recharging for Rs50 but some other service is getting started on my number of worth Rs55 which is of no use to me and so i not got any balance which i was required in urgent. And this not happened once i again recharged my this reliance no. [protected] for Rs50 so that i can get any balance now because i was in urgent need. But again and again the same pack is activating and really i m tired of this. Almost i paid Rs100 for recharge and not got any balance. And whenever i check my offers it says your full talktime offer is at Rs50 . But when i recharge its not work, even i am not getting normal amount for Rs50. Sir, because of this i m really feeling cheated i my trust on reliance service is pretty much shaking. And when i call 198 my call is not connecting to customer care . I am expecting as soon as possible response of you on this. If i will be cheated like this. I will definetely quit this service. Thanking you sir. Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 23, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Reliance customer care called me and asked the issue in detail, and then they accepted there fault and resolved the issue. Now i got my balance . Thanking you reliance and thanking you consumer complaint service for giving me a platform where i can state my issues and complain with any telecom service.
